Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the CPR AI mobile application (the "Service") operated by CPR AI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Use of the Service

The CPR AI app is designed to provide guidance for performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations. However, it is important to understand the following:

• The Service is intended as an educational and assistance tool and does not replace proper CPR training. We strongly encourage all users to take a certified CPR course.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified medical professionals.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CPR AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
